I believe healing begins with feeling genuinely seen and accepted. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative environment where you can explore whatever feels most important to you—whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, or questions about your identity. Together, we’ll make sense of your experiences while building on the strengths you already have.

As a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC), I approach therapy with the belief that every person brings a unique story, shaped by their relationships, culture, and lived experiences. I strive to provide care that is culturally responsive, affirming, and grounded in curiosity rather than assumptions. My hope is that you feel comfortable bringing every part of yourself into the room, knowing you’ll be met with compassion and respect.

I draw from person-centered therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic techniques, and mindfulness-based practices to tailor therapy to your individual needs. Whether we’re exploring long-standing patterns, processing difficult experiences, or developing practical tools for everyday life, I want our work together to feel meaningful, balanced, and centered on what matters most to you.

Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, but you don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. I hope to offer a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and discover new ways of caring for yourself as you move toward the life you want to create.
