Many of the clients I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck in anxious cycles, grieving a loss, or struggling to feel understood in their relationships. I aim to create a therapeutic space that feels steady, welcoming, and emotionally safe — especially for those who aren’t sure where to begin. I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker with over seven years of experience supporting adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, depression, ADHD, and relationship challenges. My background includes work across outpatient therapy, intensive outpatient settings, and military family systems navigating high stress, transition, and reintegration. Prior to becoming a therapist, I served as a U.S. Army intelligence interviewer — an experience that shaped my ability to listen closely, remain grounded under pressure, and approach complex stories with care and respect. Those qualities continue to inform how I show up in the therapy room.
I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with trauma-informed and attachment-based care. In couples therapy and relational work, I draw from Gottman-informed principles to help partners strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and better understand the patterns that keep them feeling stuck. Rather than offering quick fixes, I work collaboratively with clients to build insight, emotional regulation skills, and more secure ways of connecting.
I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist and am committed to inclusive, culturally responsive care. I also support neurodiverse clients, including those navigating ADHD, autism spectrum traits, executive functioning challenges, and sensory differences. My goal is to create a space where masking isn’t required — where clients can show up authentically while developing tools that support both emotional well-being and daily functioning.
Over time, I’ve learned that healing is rarely linear. It often involves slowing down, making space, and gently untangling patterns shaped by stress or past experiences. I approach therapy with curiosity and humility, recognizing that each client is the expert on their own lived experience. Together, we work toward greater clarity, resilience, and connection in ways that feel sustainable and aligned with your values. Whether you’re seeking support for anxiety, trauma, grief, ADHD, identity exploration, couples therapy, or family therapy, you don’t have to carry it alone — and you don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. I would be honored to walk alongside you.
