I believe that everyone has a story — the good, the hard, and everything in between. Your story has shaped who you are, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you as you make sense of it, grow from it, and begin to write new chapters with intention and clarity.

I am a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) with a passion for supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, and pre- and postpartum changes. I also enjoy working with college students and adults who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about what comes next. Whether you’re facing a major life shift or carrying stress that feels heavy and constant, you deserve a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, warm, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, strengths-based approaches, and social-emotional learning principles to help you build insight, develop coping tools, and strengthen your confidence. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are — without judgment — and working at a pace that feels right for you.

My professional background is rooted in strengthening individuals, families, and communities. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, an honorary Doctorate in Humanitarianism, and I am certified in Social Emotional Learning. I am committed to ongoing learning and professional growth to ensure I continue to provide thoughtful, responsive, and client-centered care.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy practicing yoga, hiking, attending live concerts, spending time with my family, and teaching wellness classes as a certified yoga instructor and personal trainer. I value the connection between mind and body and often encourage clients to explore balance and self-care in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable.

No matter how colorful, complicated, or unfinished your story may feel, you don’t have to navigate it alone. If you’re ready to take the next step, I invite you to schedule a phone consultation so we can see if we’re a good fit and begin this journey together.
