Are you feeling stuck, navigating a major life transition, or striving to live more in alignment with your values? Whether you’re managing stress, exploring your identity, or strengthening your relationships, I provide a compassionate and affirming space to support you on your journey toward a fulfilling and meaningful life.
Many clients come to me during life transitions—big or small—such as navigating life post-grad, postpartum, getting married, or starting a new job. My approach incorporates mindfulness-based practices to help you develop self-awareness, manage stress, and embrace your authentic self. I also specialize in sexuality and identity development, gender expression, and relationship styles such as ethical non-monogamy.
I’m passionate about working with young adults, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and couples. Currently, I’m pursuing certification as a Sex Therapy Informed Professional (CSTIP) to better support clients in navigating intimacy, desire, and the complexities of their relationships. I especially enjoy helping individuals who struggle with perfectionism and the constant drive to achieve. Together, we’ll explore the pressures you’re facing, uncover what truly matters to you, and work toward a balance that feels healthier and more sustainable.
In our first sessions, you can expect a supportive space where you’ll feel heard without judgment. As we build trust and understanding, we’ll identify strategies to address your concerns, whether it’s learning new ways to manage stress, building confidence, or finding clarity in challenging moments. Together, we’ll explore practical tools and mind-body techniques to calm your nervous system and create lasting, meaningful change.
As a Resident in Counseling in Virginia, and LGPC in Maryland and Washington, DC, I offer in-person sessions at TheraHeal’s NW DC office and telehealth sessions for clients throughout DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Outside of the office, you’ll often find me painting, pet sitting, or exploring DC by foot and metro. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey!
