What would it feel like to move through the world with more ease, more trust in yourself, and more space to breathe?
I’m a trauma-informed therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and the lasting impacts of complex trauma. I specialize in working with queer, trans, and gender-expansive individuals, and I bring a warm, affirming presence to each session.
I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic and body-based approaches, and mindfulness to help clients reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways. My work is collaborative, focused, and rooted in the belief that every person holds the capacity for healing—even if it doesn’t always feel that way.
In my previous roles, I have had the privilege of serving a diverse caseload of LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC clients through both individual and group therapy. I co-facilitated groups focused on DBT, IFS, and body liberation, using frameworks like Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size® to support clients in building more peaceful relationships with food and their bodies.
I believe therapy should center the full context of your life—your identity, your history, your systems—and that the right therapeutic relationship can be a place of deep growth and clarity.
